Install AllyTracker on your computer
The desktop app runs quietly in the background and captures a screenshot every 10 minutes — but only while you have tracking turned on. You always review screenshots before they leave your machine.

First-launch warning
The app isn't code-signed yet. If macOS says 'cannot verify developer' — right-click the app and choose Open. If it says 'is damaged' — run this in Terminal: xattr -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/AllyTracker.app. On macOS, double-click the .tar.gz to extract, then drag AllyTracker.app into Applications. Windows shows SmartScreen — click More info → Run anyway.
Permissions on macOS
On first capture, macOS asks for Screen Recording permission. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen Recording → toggle AllyTracker on, then restart the app.
